Windows Update breakdown

Since I bought a new computer last weekend, I still had a few Windows Updates to download and install. But for some reason, none of them where able to install. After some googling I found out that the problem could be with my dll’s and that I had to re-register them in in registry. So I had to create a bat file with the following content and run it:
